- BASISThere are 2 types of tippers - mobile and stationary, The mobile device can be moved from place to place. The use of swing feet makes it possible to adjust the stabilization of the device when the floor is not even. Stationary tippers are permanently anchored to the floor. This mainly applies to pole devices with a high discharge level.
- POWERBoxlifter offers two types of power supply: battery (with charger) or 400V mains. The battery-powered tipper allows you to work in places where there is no constant power supply or the use of a cable is difficult. The 400V mains power supply, on the other hand, ensures greater power of the tipper and guarantees that the device is ready for operation, even if the battery has not been charged beforehand.
- CONTROLBoxlifter tippers are equipped with a cable remote control. Using the remote control, the operator decides at what point to stop the tilt or lower the container to the zero position. This solution allows you to control the rate of discharge. It is also possible to use additional control buttons located on the tipper frame or on the outside of the protective mesh.
- TIPPING HEIGHTBoxlifter tippers can lift and tilt the container to a height of 900 mm to even 3000 mm. We can adjust the tipper to the required dumping height. The dumping level is defined by the type of tipper - mobile or column (fixed to the floor.
- LOADOur devices can lift weights up to 1200 kg. Depending on the weight of the product and the container, we select the appropriate frame size so that the tipper is stable and safe.
- MATERIALAll Boxlifter tippers are manufactured from AISI304 (or AISI316) stainless steel. This applies to each of the machine's elements - the structure frame, the actuator and the discharge tray.
- TILT ANGLEThe standard tilt angle of our tippers is 100° - 115°. We try to take into account customer preferences regarding this parameter in our projects.
- CYLINERSBoxlifter produces own cylinders. This solution ensures that the actuator has been selected correctly and is matched to the appropriate loads.
- CONTAINER HANDLEThe container lock on our tippers is adjusted to be compatible with the container. The product can be poured through the shorter side of the container or through the longer side of the container. This option is analyzed during work on the tippler design.
- LOWERING SIGNALINGEach tipper meets health and safety requirements and has an audible lowering signal. It is also possible to install lights or protective mesh, which will further improve employee safety.
- ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIESIt is possible to design and make additional accessories, such as a transfer table, an attachment with a hopper dividing up to 2 bowls. Such additional elements may prove to be a very convenient solution.
